What are the hours?
The Portal Immersion Center is open Mon 4pm–2am, Thu 4pm–10pm, Fri–Sat 4pm–midnight and Sun 4pm–10pm, with extended festival hours. The World Event Center opens Fri–Sun 4–10pm on posted event dates. Check the event page before you go.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free on-site parking at both the Portal Immersion Center and the World Event Center, with bus and coach parking for groups.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. We are dog friendly in all outdoor areas. Keep dogs leashed and please pick up after your pet.
Is Krush Brau kid friendly?
Yes. Most festivals are all ages with interactive entertainment, activity books and oversized outdoor games. Events marked 21+ are adults only.
Accessibility?
Both venues have accessible parking and level entry. Contact us before your visit for specific needs.
Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
Krush Brau tickets are sold on Eventbrite; brunch is pre-ordered on Square; touring shows like Dwarfanators sell through the promoter. Every event page links to the right seller.
Refunds?
Eventbrite refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date unless the listing says otherwise.
Are there free events?
Yes: Weihnachtsfest, Dogtoberfest and Eggsploration are free admission. Reserve a timed-entry slot where required.
What is timed entry?
For free festivals we ask you to pick an arrival window so the grounds stay comfortable. Stay as long as you like once inside.
Food & Drink
What food is served?
Authentic German: schnitzel, bratwurst, giant pretzels, sauerkraut, apple strudel and more, plus European brunch on Saturdays.
Alcohol?
Full bar with imported German beer in liter steins, wine and cocktails. Valid ID required.
Dietary needs?
Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options are available. For private events notify us 5 business days prior.
Private Events
Minimum group size?
20 guests. Capacity runs to 1,000+ across the property.
Catering?
Custom menus by Donaco from $12 per person, children's menu from $6.50. Tax and gratuity not included.
Deposits?
50% deposit to confirm.
Cancellation?
75% of the deposit is refunded if you cancel 7 or more days before the event; non-refundable within 7 days.
Veterans
Veteran discounts?
Veteran owned. Veterans receive 10% off in the gift shop and 20% off food with ID.
VetTix?
Discounted tickets for special events are released through Vet Tix.
Vendors
How do I apply?
Use the Become a Vendor page, pick the event, and submit the application. Some events require a fee at approval.
Setup & power?
Load-in times are sent with your approval. Electricity is available on request; note it on your application.
Food vendors?
Welcome at most festivals. Include your permits and certificate of insurance.
Insurance?
A certificate of insurance naming Krush Brau Park is required for food vendors and recommended for all.

We have German gifts, Krush Brau Park memorabilia, and children's plushies.
We are truly a family establishment. Our live entertainment shows in the biergarten and event center are interactive and include fun songs and dances for the children, like the chicken dance. We also provide activity books for all children as they arrive at the biergarten. And our event center has several activities for children including oversized outdoor games.
Yes - we are currently developing our Stein Club. We will provide additional information about the club and benefits as we get closer to our biergarten grand opening.

World Event Center
